Josh Mandel receives Senator Mike Lee’s endorsement for his U.S. Senate candidacy

Senator Lee is the first U.S. Senator to endorse in the race for Ohio’s open Senate seat

Cleveland, Ohio – Today, Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) became the first Senator to weigh in on Ohio’s Senate race by endorsing Josh Mandel’s candidacy for U.S. Senate.  Senator Lee’s endorsement follows the highly influential Club for Growth endorsement from last week and continues to show a groundswell of conservative support for Mandel.

“Josh Mandel has proven his commitment to conservative values and the people of Ohio time and time again, but that should come as no surprise given his two terms as State Treasurer,” said Lee. “Whether it’s stumping for President Trump, fighting to end the draconian COVID lockdowns or working to hold politicians accountable for their failures to further conservatism, Josh has consistently been a leader and champion for individual liberty and our core principles. We need true conservatives like Josh in the Senate to help preserve our institutions and put America first,” Senator Lee said of his support for Josh Mandel.

“I’m proud to have earned the trust and endorsement of Senator Mike Lee, who is a true Constitutional conservative and a leader in the U.S. Senate.  Senator Lee has been a fighter for the America First agenda from day one, and I look forward to standing with him in the Senate as we fight together to advance our shared conservative, pro-America agenda,” Mandel said.
